Terms of Service - Clinapse

By accessing and using Clinapse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. License & Access

Clinapse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms and your active subscription. You are responsible for safeguarding your practice credentials and compliance under HIPAA constraints when using the Service.

2. Data and Privacy

Your use of Clinapse is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Business Associate Agreement (BAA). We only process Patient Health Information (PHI) and financial transaction data to provide the Service. You retain ownership over your practice's data.

3. Service Availability & Support

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows. Technical support is provided in accordance with your specific subscription tier.

4. Termination

You or Clinapse may terminate this agreement at any time with appropriate notice as defined in your contract. Upon termination, Clinapse will assist with data offboarding subject to our standard data retention policies.
